NTPC is inviting bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding basis (i.e. Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid & Envelope-II: Price Bid) for Procurement of E-Buses along with AMC for Ten years period.
Last date for the submission of the bid is 24th April 2019 and pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 17th April 2019.

Scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, Proto-type testing and its approval from NVVN/ NTPC, supply of 500 Nos. of Electric buses as per Urban Bus Specifications II, issued in April 2013 by Ministry of Urban Development, conducting all routing and acceptance test , obtaining requisite regulatory approval from statutory authorities, providing necessary training to the drivers, undertaking battery replacement and providing maintenance services for period of 10 years from the date of operationalization of electric buses being supplied under the subject contract.
The scope also includes providing technical inputs related to the battery and the BMS data required for design of Electric Vehicle chargers and providing support in works related to BMS interfaces etc. during commissioning electric vehicle chargers for charging of electric buses.
