SECI inviting bids for 1200 MW Solar, 1200 MW of Solar with Storage and 1200 MW Hybrid

The Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) floated three tenders inviting bids for 1200 MW Solar, 1200 MW of Solar with Storage and 1200 MW Hybrid in a bid to expand of renewable capacity in the country.

First tender is for setting up of 1,200 MW ISTS-connected solar-wind hybrid power projects (tranche-II). The detailed RfS document will be available for download from March 8, 2019.

The second tender is for setting up 1,200 MW of ISTS-connected solar power projects (ISTS -IV) on a pan India basis. The detailed Request for Selection (RfS) document will be available for downloading by March 8, 2019.

And the third tender is for 1200 MW ISTS Connected Solar Power Projects with 3600 MWHr Storage (ISTS-V) on a pan India basis.  Detailed Request for Selection Document (RfS) will also be available for download by 08.03.2019.

Recently Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has published the results of e-bidding for 1200 mw ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid power projects (Tranche-I).
